We require at least 2-3 days before the preferred booking date subject to availability just let us know which date you prefer and we can check our schedule.

Yes, we recommend preparing the items beforehand such as removing any bedsheets or personal items. This helps our team start the cleaning smoothly and avoid delays. If anything is heavy or difficult to move, just let us know in advance

Our cleaning session usually takes 1-2 hours depending on the item’s condition. It will take around 3-4 hours depending on natural ventilation. We recommend turning on the fan and opening windows to help it dry faster.

For carpets only, we also offer pickup and delivery service. It usually takes 5–7 days before we return them to you, fully cleaned.

Our cleaning solutions aren’t fully organic, but we always adjust the formula to suit your environment. If you have babies, pets, or sensitive skin at home, just let us know - we’ll make it gentler for you.

We’ll do our absolute best — but some stains may not be 100% removable. It depends on:
1. The material of the upholstery
2. The type of stain (e.g. oil, ink, etc.)
3. How long the stain has been there
But don’t worry — we’ll still clean everything thoroughly and do our best to make it look and feel fresh again

Yes, we charge a transport fee based on your location. However if your bill is RM300 or more and you're within our covered areas, transport is FREE.
We cover most areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor — just send us your address and we’ll confirm everything. No surprises.
